Bottled Water Filling Line in Albania | JNDTECH 2000-3000 BPH

Project Overview

A new bottled water producer in Albania partnered with JNDTECH to build a compact 500ml PET bottled water filling line. The target: produce 2,000 to 3,000 bottles per hour of 500ml purified drinking water, with a fast installation to meet the upcoming summer sales season.

JNDTECH supplied the full turnkey line — water treatment, PET blow molding, 3-in-1 bottled water filling, labeling and shrink wrapping — and dispatched one engineer for on-site installation and commissioning in just 15 days.

Equipment Configuration

The complete 500ml PET bottled water filling line was configured as follows:

1. Water treatment system — RO purification to produce food-grade purified water, with UV sterilizer for bottle hygiene, suitable for local source water conditions.
2. Fully automatic PET blow molding machine — produces 500ml PET bottles in-house from preforms, ensuring consistent bottle quality and lower logistics cost.
3. 3-in-1 bottled water filling monoblock — rinsing, gravity filling and capping at 2,000-3,000 BPH for 500ml PET bottles. All product-contact parts are food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. Stable no-drip filling with accurate liquid level control.
4. Labeling machine — applies brand labels to filled 500ml bottles for retail presentation.
5. Shrink wrapping machine — bundles 500ml bottles into retail-ready multipacks (e.g., 6x or 12x packs) for distribution across Albanian supermarkets and convenience stores.

On-Site Installation

One JNDTECH engineer completed the full installation in just 15 days:

• Days 1-4: water treatment system installation, piping and commissioning; blow molder assembly and mold testing for 500ml PET bottles.
• Days 5-9: 3-in-1 filling monoblock positioning, air conveyor and water pipe connection, utility hookup (power, compressed air).
• Days 10-13: labeling and shrink wrapper setup, full-line dry run and water-only test run.
• Days 14-15: production testing with actual purified water at 2000-3000 BPH, speed optimization, operator training and handover.
