Carbonated Drink Filling Line in Uzbekistan JNDTECH 3000-5000 BPH

Project Overview

A beverage producer in Uzbekistan partnered with JNDTECH to build a complete carbonated drink filling line from the ground up. The goal: produce sparkling water and flavored CSD in PET bottles at 3,000 to 5,000 BPH, meeting local food-safety standards with a reliable, easy-to-operate line.

JNDTECH handled the full scope — water treatment, blow molding machine, isobaric carbondated water filling machine, labeling machine and shrink wrapping machine— and dispatched two engineers for on-site installation and commissioning over approximately 30 days.

Equipment Configuration

The complete line was configured as follows:

1. Water treatment system — RO purification to prepare process water for carbonation and bottle rinsing.
2. Fully automatic PET blow molding machine — produces bottles in-house from preforms, ensuring consistent bottle quality and lower logistics cost.
3. Isobaric carbonated drink filling machine — 3-in-1 monoblock (rinsing, counter-pressure filling, capping) at 3,000-5,000 BPH for PET bottles 250ml-2L. Low CO2 loss, accurate liquid level.
4. stricker Labeling machine — applies brand labels to finished bottles.
5. Shrink wrapping machine — bundles bottles into retail-ready multipacks for distribution.

On-Site Installation

Two JNDTECH engineers arrived on site and completed the full installation in approximately 30 days:

• Week 1: water treatment installation and piping; blow molder assembly and mold testing.
• Week 2: filling monoblock positioning, conveyor connection and utility hookup (power, compressed air, CO2).
• Week 3: line integration, labeling and shrink wrapper setup, full-line dry and wet runs.
• Week 4: production testing with actual product, speed optimization, operator training and handover.
