A juice filling machine is a 3-in-1 monoblock that rinses, fills and caps bottles of fruit juice in one continuous process. Hot Fill and Aseptic Options

Juice shelf life depends on how it is filled. JNDTECH offers both technologies on the same machine platform:

• Hot fill juice machine: fills juice at 85-92 degrees Celsius so the heat sterilizes the bottle and cap, extending shelf life without preservatives. Ideal for NFC juice, mango nectar and high-acid fruit drinks.
• Aseptic / cold filling: fills chilled juice in a sterile environment for delicate flavors and low-energy production.

Pulp Juice Handling

Juices with pulp, fiber or sediment need special filling valves that would clog a standard water filler. Our juice filling machine uses enlarged, anti-clog flow channels and optional pulp dosing so orange juice, mango pulp and mixed-fruit drinks fill evenly without jamming.
