The JNDTECH can filling machine fills and seams aluminum and plastic cans on one frame, from 1,000 to 20,000 cans per hour across four models. It runs beer, carbonated drinks, juice and tea in cans from 50 to 80 mm in diameter and 90 to 140 mm high. Filling runs under counter-pressure, so dissolved CO2 stays in the product.

Performance Features
A separate filler and seamer means a conveyor run, two drives and two sets of change parts. Here both carousels sit under one frame, and the can is handed from filling to seaming by a transfer star wheel.
- Counter-pressure filling keeps CO2 in solution, which is what makes the same filler usable for beer and carbonated soft drinks.
- Still products such as juice and tea run on the same machine with the pressure cycle bypassed.
