The JNDTECH JND-15A automatic carton packing machine erects, loads and seals cartons on one frame at 15 cartons per minute. It takes containers from 50 to 108 mm in diameter and 70 to 360 mm high.

An automatic carton packing machine takes filled, capped and labeled bottles off a conveyor and turns them into closed cartons that a palletizer can stack. The JNDTECH JND-15A runs this in a single pass at a rated 15 cartons per minute, powered by AC 380V 50Hz and governed by a PLC.
The machine handles the second pack. Bottles arrive as loose units or as film bundles and leave as sealed cartons with the flaps closed. Beverage, beer, chemical, food and pharmaceutical plants install one wherever a printed case is required at the end of the line.
Most carton packing stations are three machines bolted in a row: an erecting machine, a loading section and a sealing machine. Each one carries its own drive, its own panel and its own transfer point. The JND-15A merges all three onto one frame, which is why the printed catalog lists it as a carton erecting, carting and sealing machine.
Flat carton blanks feed from a magazine instead of pre-glued boxes. The erecting section opens the blank into a square, the loading section pushes bottles in with a rod, and the sealing section closes and glues the flaps. Because the carton never leaves the frame between steps, the bottles cross two transfer points instead of four or five. Fewer hand-offs means fewer bottles tipped over at speed.
Flat blanks also change what you store. Unformed board stacks far denser than assembled cartons, so a plant holds the same run length in a smaller footprint, and the board costs less per unit than a glued box.
The JND-15A accepts containers from 50 to 108 mm in diameter and 70 to 360 mm in height. That covers 200 ml to 1.5 litre PET water and juice bottles, 330 ml and 500 ml cans, and most glass beer bottles. Containers outside that diameter range need another machine, and 5 gallon jars are served by the dedicated 5 gallon bottled water filling line instead.
Carton size is the second limit. Finished packs run 350 to 450 mm long, 230 to 330 mm wide and 85 to 360 mm high. The height pair is the one that catches buyers out: a 360 mm bottle needs a carton deep enough for the flaps to fold, so a tall bottle in a shallow carton never closes, whatever its diameter.

Every figure above is copied from the JNDTECH catalog sheet for this model. Speed is rated at 15 cartons per minute; faster lines need a servo-driven unit with a higher head count.
Upstream, the machine stands after the filling machine, the capping machine and the labeling machine. Capped and labeled bottles feed straight into the erecting and loading section by conveyor. Downstream, sealed cartons pass to a robot palletizer or to manual stacking.
Carton packing and shrink wrap are alternatives, not stages. A shrink wrap machine bundles bottles in film, which costs less per pack and shows the product through the wrap. A carton packing machine builds a rigid case, which protects the bottles better, stacks higher on a pallet and carries printed branding on every face. Plants selling into retail chains that demand a printed case take cartons; plants selling loose bottles or trays take film.
For the whole sequence from water treatment to palletizing, the complete guide to a water filling line walks through each station and where the packing step falls.
A PLC runs the machine, and the catalog notes its automatic operation, reliable control and easy adjustment. When a plant switches bottle format, the operator resets the carton magazine, the forming guides and the sealing height to match the new pack dimensions.
One operator can run the automatic carton packing machine alongside the rest of the packing section. Because erecting, loading and sealing share a single PLC, a fault reports at one panel rather than three, which shortens the gap between a stoppage and the restart.
Round, square and oval containers from 50 to 108 mm in diameter and 70 to 360 mm high. That includes PET water bottles, juice bottles, cans and glass beer bottles.
The automatic carton packing machine forms the carton from a flat blank. You buy flat board rather than assembled cartons, which cuts both storage space and unit cost.
15 cartons per minute. The figure comes from the machine cycle, not from how fast the upstream filling machine runs.
The catalog rating is AC 380V 50Hz. A different supply needs a transformer or a special order motor.
