Product Description

What Is a Bottled Water Filling Line

A bottled water filling line is a complete production system that turns treated water and PET preforms into sealed, labeled, shelf-ready bottles. At its core is the 3-in-1 monoblock - a single sanitized chassis that rinses, fills and caps bottles in one continuous, contamination-controlled flow. JNDTECH lines cover 0.2 L to 2 L PET bottles at 2,000 to 36,000 bottles per hour, serving purified water, mineral water and spring water plants of every size.

The 3-in-1 Monoblock: Rinsing, Filling and Capping

The monoblock is the heart of the line. All product-contact parts are food-grade SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, and a PLC with touchscreen controls speed, fill level and alarms.

  • Rinsing: inverted bottle grippers jet-clean necks and interiors with sterile water or air before filling.
  • Filling: gravity or negative-pressure filling keeps a stable, no-drip level and protects the low dissolved-oxygen profile of still water.
  • Capping: magnetic capping heads apply screw or press caps with adjustable torque, then a cap detector rejects missing or skewed caps.

Build a Complete Turnkey Line

The monoblock connects seamlessly with upstream and downstream stations to form a full plant:

  1. Water treatment system - multi-media, carbon, RO or UF, UV and ozone to prepare food-grade water.
  2. Blow molding machine - produces PET bottles in-house from preforms (optional combiblock saves floor space).
  3. 3-in-1 filling monoblock - rinses, fills and caps.
  4. Bottle dryer and air conveyor - removes surface water before labeling.
  5. Labeling machine - self-adhesive, OPP hot-melt or sleeve labeling.
  6. Shrink wrap or case packer - bundles bottles into retail multipacks.
  7. Palletizer and stretch wrapper - stacks and secures finished goods for shipping.

Key Features

  • Capacity range 2,000 to 36,000 BPH (500 ml basis), modular from 8-8-3 to 40-40-12.
  • Gravity and negative-pressure filling for stable fill height and low product loss.
  • 304 or 316L stainless steel contact parts, CIP-ready sanitary design.
  • PLC plus HMI control with recipe storage for fast changeovers between bottle sizes.
  • Low air consumption and energy-saving filling valves reduce running cost.
  • Optional cap sterilizer and bottle neck sterilizer for higher hygiene grades.

How to Choose the Right Model

Match the monoblock to your target bottle and output: small shops start at CGF 8-8-3 (about 2,000 BPH, 0.3-1.5 L); mid-size factories use 18-18-6 to 24-24-8 (6,000 to 12,000 BPH); high-volume plants run 32-32-10 and above (up to 36,000 BPH). Tell us your bottle volume, hourly target and cap type, and we design the layout, power and optional modules for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What bottle sizes can one line handle?

A single monoblock typically covers 0.2 L to 2 L PET with quick-change neck parts; larger 3-15 L and 5-gallon barrels use dedicated machines (see our large-bottle and 5-gallon lines).

Do you provide the whole plant or just the filler?

Both. Many customers buy the 3-in-1 monoblock only; others choose a full turnkey line with treatment, blowing, labeling and packing - we configure either.

How long does installation take?

Standard lines are commissioned in 1 to 2 weeks on site after civil works are ready; we provide layout drawings and remote guidance beforehand.
