How It Works — From Empty Drum to Palletted Product

Returnable barrels are first uncapped and passed through a leak detection machine, then washed inside and outside by high-pressure washing stations. Treated water from the RO/UF system is metered into each barrel by the filler, a sleeve label adds branding or a tamper-evident band, and every filled barrel is sealed in a dust-proof bag and palletized for delivery — a complete cycle synchronized by one PLC. New barrels come from our semi-auto 5-gallon blow molder or are purchased directly.
