JNDTECH shrink sleeve labeling machine applies PVC/PETG shrink sleeves around bottles, cups and jars for 360° full-body decoration — or short tamper-evident bands around the cap. Running at 2000–12000 BPH, it uses servo-driven sleeve cutting and a steam or hot-air tunnel for precise, wrinkle-free shrinking on PET and glass containers.

How It Works — Cut, Apply, Shrink
A roll of pre-printed shrink film is fed into the machine, where servo rollers pull it over the cutting drum and a knife cuts each sleeve to the programmed length. Each sleeve is opened and dropped over the bottle as it passes, then the bottle travels through a steam or hot-air tunnel. The heat makes the film contract tightly around the container, locking in shape — full-body decoration or a cap band in one pass.
