JNDTECH pure water treatment equipment is a complete reverse-osmosis (RO) water purification system engineered for bottled water plants, barrel (5-gallon) water stations, beverage and food factories. With multi-stage pretreatment, high-rejection RO membranes and PLC automatic control, it delivers stable, food-grade pure water at 1–10 TPH with desalination rate ≥99%.

How It Works
Raw water → raw water tank → booster pump → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → water softener → security (5μm) filter → high-pressure pump → RO membrane → pure water tank → (UV / ozone sterilization) → point of use. The RO membrane rejects dissolved salts, bacteria and organics under pressure, while the PLC controls the whole process automatically with automatic flushing and CIP.

What capacity range do you offer?
Standard models cover 0.5–10 TPH (500–10,000 L/H). Larger capacities are available by parallel rack configuration — tell us your daily water demand and we size the system.
How pure is the output water?
With single-stage RO the output conductivity is typically <10 μS/cm and desalination rate ≥99%, meeting the Chinese and international bottled pure water standards. Dual-stage RO can reach higher purity for pharmaceutical use.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. We offer turnkey service: piping, electrical connection, commissioning and on-site operator training, plus remote support after handover.
What pretreatment is included?
Every system includes quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter and automatic water softener as standard; security filter and CIP are built in. Iron/manganese or Ultrafiltration stages can be added for poor raw water.
Can it be integrated with my existing filling line?
Absolutely. The RO system is designed to feed JNDTECH filling and blow molding machines directly, and we can match capacity and layout to your current line.
