JNDTECH self-adhesive labeling machine (also called pressure-sensitive / sticker labeler) applies pre-printed self-adhesive labels to bottles without any glue or water — clean, fast and easy to change over. Suitable for round, square and flat containers in bottled water, beverage, cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical lines, it runs 2000–8000 bottles per minute with ±1 mm labeling accuracy.

How It Works
Bottles conveyed in → divider spaces bottles evenly → photoelectric sensor detects each bottle → labeling head peels the self-adhesive label from the backing paper and applies it onto the bottle → pressing belt / brush smooths the label to avoid bubbles → labeled bottle discharged. The whole process is glue-free: the label sticks by its own adhesive, so there is no glue tank, no dripping and minimal cleanup.
