Glass Bottle Filling Machine for Juice, Sauce, Wine and Carbonated Drinks

The JNDTECH glass bottle filling machine fills glass bottles from 200 ml to 2000ml at 1000-10000 BPH. It handles both still and carbonated products, including fruit juice, soy sauce, vinegar, mineral water, soda water, Chinese liquor (baijiu), red wine and whisky. Gravity filling suits still liquids, while isobaric (counter-pressure) filling keeps the gas in carbonated drinks. A separate bottle washing machine cleans returnable glass bottles before filling.

Filling Methods: Gravity and Isobaric

Glass bottles are refillable, so many producers reuse them. The filling unit can be configured for your product:

• Gravity filling: for still products like mineral water, juice, soy sauce and vinegar. Liquid flows by gravity to a consistent level, fast and gentle.
• Isobaric filling: for carbonated drinks such as soda water and sparkling juice. The bottle is pre-pressurized with CO2, so the drink fills without foaming and CO2 loss stays below 0.5 g/L.

Both methods run on the same machine frame with quick valve changeover for producers who switch between still and carbonated SKUs.

Capping Options: Crown, ROPP and Screw

The machine is delivered with the capping unit that matches your bottle and market:

• Crown cap: classic beer and soda closure, applied by a crown capper with controlled pressure.
• Aluminum ROPP cap: roll-on pilfer-proof cap, common for soy sauce, vinegar, juice and liquor bottles.
• Three-turn screw cap: plastic or aluminum twist cap, easy for consumers to open and reseal.

Changeover between cap types is done by swapping the capping head and adjusting the star wheel.

For wine and spirits, capping and sealing options can be configured to your bottle neck, including ROPP caps with anti-counterfeit features for liquor brands.

Separate Bottle Washing Machine

Glass bottles need strong cleaning because they return from the market with dust, labels and residue. The line uses a separate bottle washing machine, not an integrated rinser. The washer soaks, brushes and rinses each bottle in stages, so only clean, dry-ready bottles enter the filler. Keeping the washer independent gives you better wash quality and easier maintenance.
