JNDTECH bottled water filling machine is a 3-in-1 monoblock that rinses, fills and caps PET bottles of 0.1–2 L in one continuous rotary cycle. Running at 3000–12000 BPH (500 ml) on model JND 24-24-8, it is built for pure and mineral water production — from small bottled-water plants to full turnkey lines, all with SS304 contact parts and PLC-controlled operation.

How It Works — One Rotary Cycle
Bottles enter the rotary starwheel, are internally rinsed with filtered water, then move to the filling station where the level filler delivers purified water to a consistent fill height. The capped bottles then exit onto the conveyor to the labeller and packer. One PLC synchronizes rinsing, filling and capping so bottles never leave the line between stations — no contamination risk, no lost bottles.

The standard range is 0.1–2 L PET bottles, round or square. Changeover between sizes takes a few minutes with simple adjustments.
Q2: Can it fill carbonated (sparkling) water?

Q3: What is the output capacity?
Model JND 18-18-6 runs 6000–8000 BPH at 500 ml; a 24-24-8 version reaches 9000–12000 BPH. Larger monoblocks are available.
