JNDTECH mineral water treatment equipment is designed for natural spring, mountain and mineral water bottling — it purifies without removing beneficial minerals. Using ultrafiltration (UF) / nanofiltration (NF) plus ozone sterilization, it removes bacteria, colloids and suspended solids while keeping the natural mineral profile, delivering 1–10 TPH of safe, great-tasting bottled mineral water.

How It Works

Raw (spring / source) water → raw water tank → booster pump → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → security (5μm) filter → UF membrane (or NF) → ozone mixing tank → (optional mineralization) → finished water tank → filling. The UF membrane physically sieves out microbes and particles while letting mineral ions pass, so the water keeps its natural composition; ozone provides final sterilization without chemical residue.

FAQ

How is this different from pure water (RO) equipment?

RO removes dissolved salts and most minerals for high-purity water; our mineral water system uses UF/NF and keeps natural minerals, only sieving out bacteria, colloids and turbidity. Choose by whether you want minerals kept or removed.

Will the minerals be preserved?

Yes. UF/NF membranes reject microbes and particles but pass mineral ions, so calcium, magnesium and the natural TDS of your source water are retained. An optional mineral cartridge can further stabilize taste.

What capacity range do you offer?

Standard models cover 0.5–10 TPH (500–10,000 L/H), expandable by parallel racks. Tell us your daily demand and source-water quality, we size the system.

Is ozone safe for drinking water?

Yes. Ozone is a recognized drinking-water disinfectant; it decomposes to oxygen with no chemical residue or off-flavor, which is why it is preferred over chlorine for natural mineral water.

Can it be integrated with my filling line?

Absolutely. The system is designed to feed JNDTECH filling and blow molding machines directly, with matched capacity and layout for your line.
